Heavy snowfall in Humla

Snowfall has started today in district headquarters Simkot. It has been snowing in the higher parts of the district including the northern Namkha Rural Municipality since morning.

Lakshmi Rokaya of Simkot rural municipality-6 upper village said that snow has frozen up to one inch in the headquarters of Simkot. Paljor Tamang, Ward President of Namkha Rural Municipality-6, Limy informed that it is snowing in all the wards of Namkha Rural Municipality.
